♥ Tokyo, Japan ♥

Tokyo is situated in East-Central Honshu, the largest of Japan's main islands.

Tokyo  ----->   the world's most expensive city!!!!!!

Today, Tokyo offers a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining to its visitors.

The city's history can be appreciated in districts, and in many excellent museums, historic temples and gardens.

NOW!!!! Let's check out what you MUST NOT MISSED in Tokyo ♥.

 Yoyogi Park

Yoyogi Park is a great place for jogging, picnicking and other outdoor activities !!!

Yoyogi Park has relatively few cherry trees , and it makes a nice cherry blossom viewing spot in spring!!!

It is known for its ginko tree forest, which turns intensely golden in autumn.

Shibuya

Shibuya is a center for youth fashion and culture, its streets are the birthplace to many of Japan's fashion and entertainment trends.

Over a dozen major department store branches can be found around the area catering to all types of shoppers.

You can follow the trendy teens into Shibuya 109, a big shiny mall with more than 100 boutiques, for a look at the latest in disposable fashion.

There are also Tokyu Food Show  ------>    grilled eel, tiny fish salad, octopus on a stick, seafood-and-rice seaweed wraps and much more!!!

The prepared dishes and grocery items are all sold from immaculate counters amid a chorus of "Irashaimasen!" ("Welcome!").

Meiji Shrine

Meiji Jingu is one of the Japan's most popular shrines!!!

In the first days of the New Year, the shrine regularly welcomes more than three million visitors for the year's first prayers (hatsumode), more than any other shrine or temple in the country.

During the rest of the year, traditional Shinto weddings can often be seen taking place there.
At the northern end of the shrine grounds visitors will come across the Meiji Jingu Treasure House.

The Treasure House displays many interesting personal belongings of the Emperor and Empress, including the carriage which the emperor rode to the formal declaration of the Meiji Constitution in 1889!!!
